February 26th, 27th, and 28th
All
Weekend Gaming is an event not to be missed!
The Tower Game Center will open its doors on Friday
February 26th and it will not close those doors
until Sunday February 28th at 9pm! That means
gaming around the clock with a ton of open gaming
and the usual amount of cool events that have become
synonymous with All Weekend Gaming or AWG.
Events such as Bizarre Bazaar, Pirate Dodgeball, Are
You A Werewolf?!, PitchCar Rallies, Heroscape
MegaBattle, game demos, tournaments, and slew of
other entertainments! The Tower will also have
the largest gathering of board gamers in the Atlanta
who love to play and teach board games! Come
play some classics like Settler's of Catan and
Carcassonne, and learn how to play some greats like
Dungeon Lord, Pandemic, and more! We will have
a great gathering of card players playing everything
from Magic, Pokemon, Yugioh, Naruto, L5R, and
whatever else you can think of!
All you need is to be
there and get your badge!

Weekend Gaming are only $5!
The
Tower gaming area will essentially be closed to the
general public (although you may freely peruse the
retail sections) and only if you have a badge will
you be allowed to stay and participate in the
events. All the events marked "Free" below are
only for people who have purchased a badge!

Warbands will be no more than 500 points.

take on the role of a dungeon master trying to build
and expand your dungeon while keeping out those
pesky heroes!

Peasant Magic Tournament -$5
Standard Construction Rules but you can only use
commons and up to four uncommons! Absolutely
no rares (unless they have been printed as an
uncommon or common)

Wings of War: Fire in the Sky - Free
Fly
World War 1 planes through the skies and become the
best ace by shooting everyone else down! We
provide the planes, you provide the pilot!
Come learn to play this simple and amazing game!

Pirate Dodgeball - Free
Join
your "crew" and fire your "cannon balls"
at the other "pirates"! Players will be paired
into two teams or crews and every player will be
given an eye-patch to wear while playing dodgeball.

Heroscape Campaign - Free
Auggie will be teaching how to play Heroscape in a
unique and exciting way! You will have an army
invade a beach, move through a monster infested
swamp (When is a swamp not infested with monsters?)
and scale a mountain to gain access to a secret
cave! But the adventure is not over after you
reach the supposed saftey of the cave...
Auggie will be teaching this campaign throughout the
weekend!
Saturday February 27th

The
Bizarre Bazaar is the premier event of All Weekend
Gaming! It is quite simply a gamers' Persian
Bazaar. Anyone can bring anything gaming
related and trade, sell, or buy whatever is
available. This is the place to find rare or
out of print games, whole miniature armies, or large
collections of collectible card games!

the first time ever The Tower will have a full ice

if we have leftovers!

3pm-5pm Weapons by Vynar Part 1 - Free
Ever
wonder how to construct a battle ready foam weapon
for your medieval comabt or live action role-play?
Then Vynar has the class for you! Vynar will
take you step by step and show you how he constructs
his fabulous weapons! From swords, to
axes, to spears, and everything in bewtween.
Vynar is a "foam smith" of unparalleled
skill and is the official weapon maker for The
Tower! Vynar is also a part of Dagorhir who
will be using some of his weapons in their combat
demonstrations!
3:30pm
Warhammer 40,000 Skulltaker Showdown - Free
Players will have to choose one HQ choice from a
current codex and use the figure in the showdown.
Each player will be secretly given a slip of paper
with another players name on it that they must try
to eliminate. When a player eliminates another
player they will receive that players current
target. Players will only score if they
eliminate a target that they have the name of, they
are however, free to eliminate anyone they wish,
they just won't score. The player who has
taken the most "skulls" will be the winner!
Retinues and dedicated transports are not allowed
only single figures, though they may take a bike or
any upgrade they are allowed. Prizes will be
awarded based on participation!

Flames of War: Killzone - Free
Our
wonderful Flames of War coordinators, Kevin and
Larry, will be demoing Flames of War to all who wish
to learn this great historical game!

Heroscape MegaBattle - Free
We
will have a huge table setup and will have a huge
free-for-all for bragging rights! Players are
encouraged to bring their own units, but we will
have a ton of figures for you to use and we will be
happy to teach you to play! The format will be
armies consisting of 500 points.

Malifaux Demo - Free
Based in an alternate Earth, Malifaux uses gothic,
steampunk, Victorian horror with a dose of the wild
west to inject fun and depth into the magical
lawlessness of a world rife with monsters,
necropunks, manmachine hybrids, gunslingers, and
power-hungry politicos. Actively using
character-driven stories to define the world of
Malifaux, seek your fortune in this fast paced and
brutal 32mm tabletop miniature skirmish game. No
longer do you have to trust the fickle fate of a
dice roll, in Malifaux you use cards, a Fate Deck,
as you lead your Crew to victory with strategy,
tactics and resource management, and if that isn't
enough, you can Cheat Fate.
Two starter box factions will be available for
demonstration purposes. You need bring nothing but
yourself, a willingness to learn and an ability to
have fun. The game is a fun faced paced skirmish
game with some interesting new ideas on how to play
a miniatures game.

Battleground Demo - Free
Battleground: Fantasy
Warfare is a point-based table-top tactical war-game
in which units are represented by cards instead of a
collection of figures or models. We bring you all
the charging, flanking and intricate maneuvering of
a great war-game in a convenient package for a
fraction of the cost.
As the general of a fantasy army of Men, Orcs, Elves
or whatever faction you choose, you will muster your
forces and command them in battle. You will have an
agreed-upon number of points to spend on your army,
which will determine the size of the battle. You and
your opponent will then take turns deploying your
forces on the battlefield. Finally you will give
them their orders and the battle begins.
6pm Dagorhir Medieval
Combat - Free
The Tower is proud to have the Dagorhir group attend
and demonstrate at AWG once again. Dagorhir is
the premier organization for the best battle game
system! Dagorhir uses safety padded wepaons to
simulate combat in a controlled and safe setting
where everyone can have fun! Dagorhir will
provide the equipment you need to try your hand at
some melee combat. If you are fourteen or
younger you must have a signed and notarized form to
participate. You can get the form and more
information about Dagorhir from their website at
www.dagorhir.com.

Dispel the myth of playing with the newest edition
of the oldest roleplaying game!

Are You A Werewolf?! - Free
The
moon begins to rise and chilling howls fill the
night air. Dawn reveals that a villager has
been torn to pieces by some sort of wolf! The
villagers gather together and begin pointing fingers
accusingly at each other. Suddenly the
villagers reach a consensus and lynch a fellow
villager in a desperate attempt to hopefully
eliminate the wolf who hides in sheep's clothing.
The moon rises yet again and vengeful howls can be
heard! Are You A Werewolf is a group game for
fifteen players who each have different roles in the
village. Some of the players are villagers
while others may be a werewolf. With the help
of the Town Oracle the villagers must decide to
eliminate a fellow villager in the hopes that the
person lynched was the werewolf. If the
villagers manage to find and eliminate the
werewolves then they win, but if the werewolves can
whittle down the villagers then they overrun the
village and win! This game will have you
howling with laughter as people defend themselves
against accusations hurled at them by the other
players!

you race towards the win!

Try
out several of the new scenarios from the new
Missions book before it comes out! We will be
running plenty of games!
